Started this fine Wednesday by accidentally cutting a piece off my index finger with a razor-sharp knife. Oh the joy :(

I thought this would a be a good time to share a little about myself (so many new followers since I last did that!). So hello, here is my face (:
You can call me Anna and I come from a gloomy place up north called Finland where everyone is mute and metal is mainstream. Soon I’ll have the right to call myself a real-life mad hatter for I’m graduating as a milliner in June.
Thank you for being wonderful and I hope you enjoy my blog :3

Last night’s outfit from our Ding Dong-themed Eurovision party.
I was thinking of maybe wearing this for my graduation, what do you guys think? (Forgive me my stupid face, I don’t know why I keep looking like I’m 12.)

Just got back from the Santa Cruz album release gig. I don’t usually listen to their kind of music (hard rock/hair metal) but I got to say, I like the way they sounded live!
It’s a shame it’s Wednesday, otherwise I would’ve stayed longer.
Every now and then, someone asks me to share my playlists with them. It took me quite a long time to actually start using Spotify but since I finally did it, here’s one of the playlists I created (using only songs from Spotify so anyone can listen to them).
This playlist is missing some bands (simply because Spotify doesn’t have them) and I haven’t done any fine-tuning by picking out the songs I don’t like, so some bands might be over-presented whereas some that are in heavy rotation seem very under-presented.
I hope you enjoy though and feel free to add me if you like (:

Ring photo for anon (:

New ring :3
(Why am I such a babyface today?)

Me and my 5-year-old niece joined forces for mother’s day.
I’m getting pretty good at colouring, I must admit!
(I made the brooch from scratch! (: )

Building a bridge with assumptions is a dangerous task. Though you see the other side, it will only be a matter of time before your bridge collapses beneath your very feet;washing away every rusty nail and pieces of rotted wood away.
I’m actually starting to get really annoyed with my super-old photos popping up. Where is this even from? It’s not on my deviantART anymore and the one I have on Tumblr has a different watermark. Not cool.
In any case, this was taken at Georgetown waterfront back in 2009.
